Pros
The culture at Fox is so kind. The clinical team is supportive and truly cares about their RBTs and clients. I really appreciate how flexible the scheduling is. I align with their mission statement and the heart of the company. I also value their approach to ABA which meets the clients where they are but also challenges them to be the best version of themselves! This is a collaborative place to work.
Cons
The company is in home/schools so you work very independently. It can be isolating at times, but there are opportunities for connection with co-workers. Also, there is a lot of drive time.
