Pros

Traffic isn't too bad during early hours of the day

Cons

Turnover rate is drastically high. Management lacks skills in training, communication, managing, and mentorship. I've seen re-ocurring instances where communication is awful. It's a shame to be in a management role and not have the skills and characteristics to be in a deserved management role. Management lacks characteristics in morality, respect, and professionalism. I've also seen a lot finger pointing especially during stressful times. No one likes to own up to their mistakes. It is also unethical to wrongfully dismiss employees, which I see occurs very often. It is also unacceptable for management to lie about their turnover rates. Work and life balance pretty much doesn't exist.

Pros

Good brand with cool products, can offer some cool experiences on the job if you're on big projects in the right department. The people there can be pretty fun, too. It's a laid back culture.

Cons

Management would often fight over project ownership or influence. It caused some pretty heavy bottlenecking and terrible direction. A lot of the work became unnecessarily frustrating for long periods of time.
