      1.breaks!!!! 2.making us stay 2 more hours for overtime while working 10 hours already 3.some leads take advantage of employees 4.having 2 machines to watch and taking order and preparing them 5.having to do another job if packer doesnt show up to work

      I've learned a lot while on the job. My coworkers are great and I enjoy being part of a team.

      Cons

      They definitely love to Micro Manage the shop and some of the higher ups don't quite understand the work we do. But other than that it not too bad.
