FoxNet is a great place to work because they have a company culture like no other! We each are able to shine in our own specializations while also collaborating when we need to. It truly is a family environment when we get together for Christmas Party's, St. Patty's Day, the Annual Golf Tournament and various other charity fundraising events that we partake in - like Bowl for Kids Sake and Clothing and Toy Drives.
The house on Erb is rustic and inviting with barn sliding doors into the boardroom, big screen TV and beer taps in the kitchen! Work Hard/Play hard mentality.
It is refreshing to see the President of the company is still very involved and passionate about the company, the work and making sure that everyone feels welcomed.
Cons
If there was anywhere I would say that FoxNet could improve would be to hold more full company meetings in order to ensure everyone is up to date and full visibility in other facets of the business.
