The dreams they sell sound nice

Foxtail food interviewing is very confusing, they talk about hourly and salary then they spoke about just working me as a contractor with the possibility of hiring after 30 day. Well I felt very uneasy about the miss information I was provided from HR. The GM and I agree on salary and then HR give me a verbal hourly wage offer. Don’t fall victim of the dreams they are selling. The company intension is to get as much work out of you that they can before they kick you to the street.
