Business outlook

Pros

Great leadership and open lines for communication with field leads, crew leads and administrative professionals, you can contact anyone in the company and they make you feel accepted and welcome your questions or concerns. Great pay and lots of OT, no lay offs, housing provided + per diem, benefits after 90days(matching 401k, health insurance, etc) Opportunities to travel and see different places where you may be assigned. (TX, CO, ND, OK, etc..) Advancement Opportunities, truck for work so you don’t use your personal vehicle Travel Reimbursement Young Company and growing quickly, positive outlook bright future

Cons

20/10 schedule, it’s great bc 10 days off but 20 on is a stretch although you get used to it, not so much a con just a bummer b/c you miss out on a lot going on while you’re working, win some lose some I guess, it is what it is you know what you’re signing up for :) $$$ NO OTHER CONS: if you truly care and take pride in your job you will be successful, plain and simple no one will bother you. Sometimes work with lazy ops
