- Management is reactive than proactive in nature leading to bad or no planning and very frequent strategy changes
- Information flow is always top - down, any suggestion/idea against the view of manager can attract negative point against you.
- Less focus on discussing things before implementation
- Mismatch in one's strength vs. task assigned.
- Be ready for being an escape-goat (if not in senior management) in case things, even if not under your control, goes wrong
