Cons
1. Pay and YOY hikes are reducing every year 2. HR and Employee goals/policies around it change every year which shows Fractal need to be stable in this area. Employee is an all time low this year for a reason. 3. Company Focus in terms of work changes every year(Services, products, AIML) - One can argue that is natural evolution but employee feels it changes too fast too often which shows they are still in Startup Mode even though its been 18 years now when it was founded. Tectonic changes in management is need of the hour after taking tough calls if company wants to be relevant in the Dynamic Analytics Industry 4. Lot of competitors came up in last 5 years and have already reached around half of employee count of Fractal. Fractal's overall employee count haven't increased drastically 5. Project Pipeline is very weak and the major reason is the weak Sales team. Mu sigma and other competitors are way ahead of Fractal just because of a strong sales team. Not sure why company is not investing in this area for growth. 6. Employee Goals are not insync with company's growth. 7. Loyal employees with >4-5 years are not given due compensation whereas unrealistic negotiation happens once someone puts down papers. 8. High attrition at Senior Consultant/Engagement Manager level due to stringent promotion policy at this level 9. Staffing and bench management is very weak
