Pros

Free Hair Products (Absolutely nothing else)

Cons

Nepotism is at an all time high at framesi, if you like your sanity and take pride in yourself and your work I suggest you look else where. My list could truly go on and on about what a negative and toxic workplace this was due to management and the owners. We dealt with constant berating from upper management and the micromanaging was unbearable. A work life balance is highly frowned upon for employees (it is of course ok for upper management though). Also, your work is never met with praise or compliments but rather criticism (management thinks giving praises for good work means you'll get complacent and never do good work again! 😉). Seriously, if you know what's good for you, stay away,

Pros

These reviews seem like 1-2 angry people trying to review-bomb unless things took a sharp downturn since I left in '18. It's sad to see because I loved the job and the people. I got exposure to almost every facet of the business. I learned a ton here. Leadership was always very reasonable and accommodating. Co-workers were always pretty upbeat and happy. It was legitimately a nice environment. I had a great work/life balance. I put in 40 hours a week and went home unless I was traveling. Yes, it's family owned and operated. Yes, there is a stigma to that. However, the 2 family members I worked with were extremely sharp and good at what they did. Yes, Dennis is very colorful but he's authentic and a great person. I loved Jarrett, too and have a ton of respect for them. Products are amazing. Everyone I gave product to loved it as much as I did. I still use it 6 years after leaving.

Cons

Direction was unclear at times. There were only a few leaders within the company and they were often spread a little thin. Opportunities for advancement are limited (the reason I left). Process was slow to change. Comp was fine but not noteworthy.
