Company's review - Designer Framework Employee Review

I love how I feel like I matter. The company is still small enough for high visibility with heads of production. And my peers and direct leadership are the most caring bosses I've ever had.

TBH, it's probably my fault for not speaking about it - but changes in roles are not very common.

A small organization that is looking to expand in the Portland area. There was no top down narrative and employees had expansive room to make change in the company.

Difficult to obtain organic leads and there were no set guidelines in place to help the sales team. Needed to develop a greater focus.
