      You get to work with really great clients, and because its a small studio you get to know all the departments and what they do.

      Cons

      Because it is small, each person is an expert and it may be difficult to change roles in the long term or get promoted.

      Great environment and the company does impressive work. Never felt ashamed to say I work here. Management does a good job responding to employee needs.

      Long hours occasionally but that’s the industry. Still better than most places
