Pros

Interacting with interesting customers and coworkers. Being the pulse of the store and knowing you made it awesome. It's mostly an easy job with a limited menu.

Cons

Chicagoland Pizza Hut is very low volume. 50 hour minimum weeks are rough. Which means you are in the store working your butt off every day. The only people who thank you are your employees and customers. Don't expect much from upper management. Area coaches are desperate for good employees, but have no power to allow hiring of great talent. The pay is crap. Store managers don't have any say in wages so it's nearly impossible to hire people who aren't merely desperate themselves.

Pros

I made great money financially

Cons

The company relocated myself and my family in the middle of the school year because they absolutely needed somebody right away. They gave me 3 weeks of Taco Bell training after being a successful G. M at a Seoul KFC location in city Rapids for over a year and moved us to Dubuque, promising to pay the moving expenses as well as the deposit of our new rental. And\nThey never reimbursed us for moving. They never paid the deposit on the rental. And then when I started being verbally , abused and harassed at work and made an h r complaint about my district manager, I was like terminated
