Plenty of challenges to solve - IT Support Franco Signor Employee Review

I have really enjoyed working at Franco Signor. There is plenty of room for growth and opportunity to prove your abilities. It is fast paced so you will never be bored.

The amount of work and incoming projects can be daunting, but at the same time it's also job security.

-If you have a head on your shoulders, the training is pretty good, especially compared to other work places. -Probably the only true experts is Medicare Secondary Payer Work -Responded to the Covid Pandemic weeks before mandatory shut downs. -You work 9-5, there’s not a lot of office get togethers or events nor is it often they ask you to work overtime. You work your 40 hours and you go home.

-Standards for employees are too high and set by people who haven’t done the work before -They seem to refuse to fire people who are constantly performing their job incorrectly as long as they show up to work on time. -The building smells like a pool. -They got bought out and the changes will occur in April/May, so none of this review will apply soon
