      Pros

      The people that work here are outstanding. I am still friends with my coworkers even after I left the firm.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. As a young associate you are expected to work too many hours. Two long busy seasons every year where you work from 8am to 10pm. The managers and partners work just as hard or harder as the associates, so it does not seem like a sustainable future.

      Really got to meet everyone and they show you the culture of the firm

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
