      Remote work with the ability to go in person

      Cons

      Micro management, they hire young managers who are too immature. The executives are so far out of touch and don’t even recognize their own employees.

      Really great people. Lots of opportunities and company loyalty. Company really tries to do the right things to support staff and clients.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. First year with the company has been great!

      Great pto, flex schedule, that's it

      Cons

      Overworked, all adjusters aren't licensed, workload is extremely heavy, no training for position just kinda winging it. Horrible management
