      Office building has a gym in it

      Cons

      They redefined my salary each month, always leaving me feeling jilted and wondering how they came to the number they wrote on the paycheck. Expected me to do illegal things and got annoyed when I refused to alter a document they were bringing to court.

      owner is nice. but aloof as hell.

      Cons

      not an actual general contractor. can't manage a project to save his life. if he says he's subcontracting labor out, he's lying, while still charging you a finder's fee.
