      Pros

      I was promoted from within by this company. I am a good example of opportunity to move up with Frazer. The first thing you should know about Frazer is that there is a huge pride in the product that is produced. Frazer is also working toward being one of the top safety environments in the nation by being accepted and working toward becoming VPP certified. CEO has taken ownership of her role and is doing many things to make this a great place to work. One of the most powerful turnarounds is listening to what the employees have to say and utilizing their ideas. There are a lot of smart, driven and creative people that work here. If you are looking for a place to make a difference, then Frazer may be the place for you.

      Cons

      There are many changes occurring here. With change comes a lot of hard work. If you are not willing to work hard and be accounted for the work you produce (good or bad), then this may not be a good fit for you.

The people here are what make the experience truly exceptional. I’ve always felt supported and empowered to stretch my wings, contribute ideas, and help bring those ideas to life. That sense of ownership and trust has helped me grow not just as a professional, but as a person. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for project management and take pride in presenting Frazer in the most professional light possible. I’m always looking for ways to help the company evolve and improve, because I believe in what we do and the impact we make in the world of mobile healthcare.       Honestly, after 23 years, it’s hard to find a real “con.” Like any workplace, there are challenges, but they’re typically opportunities in disguise — chances to grow, improve, or innovate.
