Cons
Working at Frejun was honestly one of the worst professional experiences I’ve had, and it largely comes down to the CEO and how the company is managed. First, don’t believe the whole “freedom to learn and experiment” narrative. It sounds great during hiring, but in reality, most ideas and plans rarely get approved. You’re expected to take ownership and deliver results, but without proper alignment or support, which becomes frustrating over time. The pressure is constant and often unnecessary. Expectations keep changing, deadlines feel unrealistic, and there’s little to no recognition for the effort you put in. No matter how much you do, it never feels enough. The work environment is highly negative and stressful. Meetings are often discouraging, and the CEO frequently brings up the possibility of employees being fired. This creates a constant sense of fear and instability, where you feel like your job is always at risk and you could receive a termination call at any time. There is very little sense of job security or appreciation, and overall, the culture feels driven more by pressure than by growth or support. If you value mental peace, clarity in your work, and a respectful environment, it’s better to think twice before joining.
