I joined as the 2nd employee, as a Machine Learning intern in 2019 with no clear sense of direction. What changed everything was the founder’s genuine investment in me as a person. He sat with me, observed how I worked, and identified strengths I hadn’t even recognized in myself. He saw that I had a natural ability for communication and relationship-building and he helped me pivot from an ML developer role into Sales. That kind of mentorship from a founder, especially at the intern level, is something you simply don’t find anywhere else. 7 years later, I’m still here  now part of the core team and that says everything. The confidence I carry into every sales conversation today, the way I approach problems, the way I lead it was all built within these walls, by the people around me. As with any startup, there's always more to do than hours in the day especially in the early stages. If you're someone who needs rigid structure and a perfectly defined role, there's an adjustment period. But if you embrace it, you'll come out with a skillset and perspective that's hard to find anywhere else. The learning curve is steep but that's what makes it worth it.
