Pros
Friendly work environment with management that actually cares for the well being of the employees. While providing a challenging work experience they also provide activities for the employees to increase morale and quality of life. Can honestly say it is hands down the best company I've ever worked for.
Cons
Open concept environment sometimes can be noisy and hard to concentrate on phone calls.
