Pros

Pays well with good benefits. Management was easy to talk to and addressed issues in a timely manner. I really liked my job at the customer service desk.

Cons

Unpredictable, changing schedule. Open until 11pm; 3pm shift ends at 11:30pm. Sometimes you work until 11:30pm and have to be back at 9am the next day. Difficult customers.

Pros

If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.

Cons

If you have lost the confidence of your manager, or have bad communication with your manager, it makes it very hard to be seen and be successful.

Pros

Job can be fun and interesting Always something new to learn Lots of personal fulfillment as a manager when things go right

Cons

Unsupportive upper management Toxic work culture, unpaid overtime is rewarded and even expected or forced, even to the tune of multiple weeks in a row with no days off when you are salaried. They claim to support work life balance but even the smallest effort to set boundaries is heavily punished. Not paid as much as we should be for everything we have to do and deal with
