      For a non-union hourly salary manager overtime was the best part. A 60 hour week actually meant 20 hours of overtime.

      Cons

      20 hours of overtime a week was expected.

      If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.

      Cons

      If you have lost the confidence of your manager, or have bad communication with your manager, it makes it very hard to be seen and be successful.
