Pros
As a front end cashier, the pay is pretty good. There are part time benefits, along with tuition reimbursement, and guaranteed hours.
Cons
Just like any retail job, the hours can be pretty random and often inflexible, if you can't find anyone to swap shifts with. Despite the benefits, I sometimes feel that employees aren't appreciated enough, regardless of department. Good work tends to go unnoticed, unless a customer gives you a compliment via customer survey.
