Minor stressors, corporate tasks laid out and understood by everyone.

Tedious work, cutting hours, customer service.

I would say the most important Pros is benefits for all employees and employee's discount.

Even though it says "flexible hours", it is not really flexible. The pay is not fair. Cashiers in non-food departments get less pay than cashiers in front-end doing the same job. The management is different by the store as well as the work environment and culture.
