      Pros

      A small team allows for growth in unexpected ways - always the opportunity to get involved. Great healthcare, flexible working, benefits and genuine, supportive team. Looked after everyone in the business really well throughout pandemic. Beautiful office. MD always open to conversation, with good communication of business strategy. The brand stands for something - it’s inclusive and has integrity. Exciting collaborations and brand partners. I do not recognise the comments elsewhere regarding racism or sexism.

      Cons

      Long tenure across the business can make it more challenging for promotions.

      Pros

      Clothing allowance is decent. Staff is very down to earth and chill.

      Cons

      Minimum wage job, no commission, no benefits, (benefits are for full time and full time is only for managers) Seems to be a cultural disconnect from the US location and the EU locations, Alot of downtime during the week. Sometimes the weekends can be slow as well. No opportunity to move up in the company since all offices are in the UK.
