No growth, toxic environment, poor management - Anonymous employee Frederick Health Employee Review

The pay was so embarrassingly low, yet they'll continue to overwork you. Barely any growth if you are not clinical. No matter how well you do, they only give 2% annual raises to everyone (not even matching the rate of inflation)-- so after 2 years, I was technically making less than when I started. To add onto that, they continue to raise the price of insurance for their employees. Senior leadership consists of zero diversity and has outdated approaches. If you are looking for a non-toxic work environment and eventually want to advance in your career, Frederick Health is not the place for you.
