customers :/ difficult to take time off if you’re sick because the teams tend to be small, many days myself and other managers had to go in sick due to lack of staffing. The tech is also very old - we’d refund $600 to “original payment method” with no real details on where the money is going if it was a partial refund to original payment method and merch card.
