Terrible management, horrible compensation - Solutions Engineer FreeWheel Employee Review

Avoid the solutions engineer role, management on that end has no idea what they're doing. Incredibly understaffed, poorly paid and on much lower salaries than AMs while doing all the work. Company also has no idea how to scale and moves insanely slowly. Much of the people there have no idea what is going on. Freewheel is also very unprofessional when it comes to promotions and salary transparency. Expect to be low balled, overworked, and not given a fair title.
