- Freebird is transitioning out of a difficult period but is coming through stronger. Still, change takes time & establishing a new culture can be a journey. Outside of transition pain, there's no cons that come to mind. Freebird has a strong team of employees eager to get the brand back on track.

- New ownership has brought a positive and motivated energy to the company - CEO is transparent, involved, approachable, and genuinely invested in rebuilding the right way - There’s finally a clear vision and business direction, which feels refreshing - Leadership expectations are realistic - Working remote is a huge plus and leadership trusts employees to manage their work - Good opportunity to grow professionally because the company is actively evolving - Teams are more collaborative now and communication between departments has improved significantly - You can feel that people actually want the company to succeed again - Higher compensation opportunities than previous ownership. Cons

New CEO says he want to build a positive work environment. All current leadership are loyalists who stuck around and got title promotions. No leadership training is being provided. Under qualified leaders who fit the aesthetic and participate in the toxic mean girls/click type behavior make up the core group. Communication is terrible. No training or expectation setting, just told you didn’t meet expectations. Standing up for yourself or calling out bad policies means you have a bad attitude. Not a place for neurodivergents.
