Under qualified leaders who fit the aesthetic and participate in the toxic mean girls/click type behavior make up the core group. Communication is terrible. No training or expectation setting, just told you didn’t meet expectations. Standing up for yourself or calling out bad policies means you have a bad attitude. Not a place for neurodivergents.
