Great place to work. The world needs more of these places. They truly care for their patients. Treated very well as an employee. Would still be there if they hadn't closed.

I had no Cons I enjoyed this job.

It is a job that pays ok.

Employees are getting threatened with write ups constantly. Impossible demands on some while others barely do anything. Zero paid holidays. Zero incentive to work holidays. PTO accrual is very slow because your annual number of days is minimal. Health insurance is terrible. Nobody stays in their job besides the very few who have been somehow given the nod of approval from somebody up the chain. The management are condescending/rude so it’s easier not to go to them with problems as they don’t offer guidance or assistance, they threaten your job and make a show of ensuring everyone knows you are the problem.
