- Senior manager terminated employment due to “We don’t like you!” Which has never been a criteria for termination. When a part of your team has more exprience don’t see them as a threat but rather an asset in the team. Senior managers have insecurity and it’s very toxic. No detailed onboarding and HR support team barely has the experience and training to equip all HR support with knowledge in recruitment. To highlight I was terminated when I have submitted 3 good candidates for a role they have always been trying to fill for quite a long time with 1 for hiring manager interview where the candidate gave feedback that the interview was so lame as it seemed not a decent interview. This was after they terminated me. HR support team parse CVs which are irrelevant to the role and yet we are expected to waste our time sifting through 300 CVs that are irrelevant to the role.
