      Friendly people, good benefits, generally helpful and good pay. Good opportunity for upward growth.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to use software etc being in an independent branch communicating with Home Office, but it is nice that everyone is within the US when you call. Very busy which can be stressful at times.

      I took a pay cut but that was because I moved from NY/NJ. I hope that I will increase my income as they recognize my value. .

      They focus on helping you grow and learn more. Associates always willing to help.

      Cons

      Company not quite caught up in technology area. Usually a very fast paced job. If you think you'll catch up on work one day, think again. It never happens.
