      Not much support from superiors. Teams too focused on reaching their goals, thus often working in silos. Lack of collaboration. Salary just about average.

      Pros

      Hybrid working is good if you have a decent manager who doesn’t enforce.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership. They only care about making money and do not care about the people. Some people are made to go into the office but some don’t go in at all and they don’t get punished for it.
