Free healthcare and free lunch (not so much of a pro)

At first, the free lunches seemed like a great perk, but over time it started feeling more like an expectation to stay at your desk and work through the day. Lately, the work-life balance has noticeably declined, and management’s focus feels heavily centered on constant output with little recognition or reward. It wasn’t always this way, but after the recent organizational changes, many of the positive incentives and team culture seem to have disappeared, making the environment feel much less enjoyable overall.
