      Generous pay and benefits including company-matched 401k plan.

      Cons

      Bizarre, corrupt and unjust HR discipline system keeps employees constantly fearful for their own jobs by being falsely reported by fellow employees or overly harsh reprimand by immediate supervisors and causes good employees to be terminated while bad employees are retained.
