Pros
Cool trucks. Bosses are cool for the most part. 3000 plus built in buddies if you want them. Living wage and nice time off. Very safety oriented.
Cons
Sometimes strenuous in nature. Long hours of isolated driving time. Will absolutely aggravate all the arthritis everywhere in your body. A decent chance of either losing your body parts or shedding your mortal coil if you screw up in a severe enough fashion. Not everyone is your friend so just show up... do your job... get paid... go home. And for God's sake don't date anyone at work.
