Ineffective management and redundancy induced mass exodus - Software Engineer Freetrade Employee Review

Hi there I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, especially on morale in the Engineering Team. Employee wellbeing and motivation are critical to our success. We are launching a number of initiatives - including an employee-led engagement committee - to make sure that everyone at Freetrade has their voices heard. Our objective is to encourage even better alignment around our short and mid-term vision as a company. As you suggest, some realignment of collectives and squads has enabled our Engineers to work in a more streamlined way, and with members of other teams outside of Engineering. This collaboration is improving the quality of our work and beginning to accelerate our ability to deliver to our customers as well as addressing areas where there is a need for improvement.
