Pros
One of the best teams I've worked with. Hands down everyone will take time to help you or provide advice. They've done an awesome job here. The product has actual measurable value (not fluff) that it provides to clients. Management really gets remote work and how to measure employee value to the business.
Cons
Some resources/SOPs not in place yet due to nature of growing business / team, this just means there's an opportunity to create them and be a part of that process.
