I have worked at a lot of sales and recruiting companies and Freight Flex has by far the best company culture. The compensation is fair with bonsues available. The 401K match for 2025 was 10% which says enough! The benefits are amazing and has paternity + maternity leave which is always nice. We get one work from home day until two years in where we get two. There are also clear advancement opportunities. I am able to speak my mind freely with management and for them to make improvements based on my ideas

No cons at the moment

Truly an unbelievable amount of support. The energy here is unlike any where else (in a great way). I take pride and love being a part of this company. It has been an amazing blessing.
