      Co-workers are great, friendly, helpful. Pay is good. Good benefits. The CEO is a hard worker and expects results and gives you the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      As a recruiter for drivers its hard to keep drivers on board when you don't communicate with them once you onboard them.
