Pros
This company has a very laid back, family atmosphere where everyone knows your name. The drivers are treated very well and employees are recognized for good work. Pay is good.
Cons
FSI operates as a subsidiary of Celadon Group, Inc. so it can be a little challenging to communicate with a large corporation that doesn't exactly know the purpose or direction of Freight Systems. However, this is a recent acquisition, so that is to be expected. There aren't any extra benefits (bells and whistles) to this company.
