No BD required, only delivery. Very low basic salary when you start, commission scheme is okay. Location is good as it's located in a very nice workspace with multiple companies in the same building and great atmosphere (nice events in Lobby and outside during summer).

They all are French and even though the director wants everyone to speak English, he is not always in to make sure that this happens. If you're not French, perhaps will not feel very comfortable. Management will not listen to any suggestion or any idea to improve the business or the relationships with clients. Not very friendly atmosphere in the office (no funny moments, jokes, relaxing chats, etc), something not great especially when you spend 8-10 hours at work. Commission scheme of the whole quarter billing, to be paid next quarter in 3 different instalments (instead of being paid in full the month after). If you leave the company, forget about your commissions. No flexibility in terms of days off, sick leave, annual leave, etc... No benefits at all, except pension. Minimum annual leave (20 days) plus bank holidays. No perks or discounts offered at all.
