      Great benefits, amazing team, incredibly good training

      Cons

      Salary would be better but their 3 months training is beyond my expectations so I am fully satisfied as a newly graduate nurse

      Health insurance was good. Paid biweekly.

      MD's can be difficult to work with, sometimes they have unrealistic expectations of social workers.
