Cons
FK is a horrible company in general, but this site is one of the most disorganized and poorly managed environments I’ve ever experienced. There’s no support from the organizations leadership as a whole, managers avoid accountability and allow problems to fester. Favoritism runs deep, and decisions are based on who you know rather than what you contribute. The culture is toxic and exclusionary, with no real diversity or inclusion efforts in practice. Turnover is constant because good employees get burned out or ignored. Task are given without the resources to be successful. Many leaders and even HR seem incompetent and disconnected from what’s really happening on-site. If you value growth, teamwork, or professionalism, look elsewhere. If not, you’ll be set up to fail from day one. The overall message from leadership is clear: you’re on your own.
