Pros
I loved Fresenius at first. Great and friendly environment, great team I was working on, product line was great, the culture of the overall company and senior management I found wonderful.
Cons
Management in my area had bully mentality. I personally observed one employee being personally tussled by a manager. I went to human resources (as I was new to the company) and told to mind my own business. I am sorry, but no matter what the issue, the management should never put hands on employees (especially as the employee came nowhere near that type of behaviour and had a valid question to ask the manager. Having heard the argument, the manager was wrong and I showed HR the FDA Regulations showing where she was wrong. I soon have that manager on my back for "butting in". All I did was simply point out the pertinent answer. I did not do so out of disrespect but because as someone in quality and compliance that is my role.
