Lots of favoritism, management is always changing. Breaks suck, 12 hours a day is exausting, if you have a problem hr does not get back to you. They don't recognize the hardworking people they have its sad. When you go to work you want it to be a good environment but it really isn't everyone complains but no changes are made.
