      Initially when I started, the family atmosphere made for a great working environment. Over time this passed.

      Cons

      Lack of staff appreciation, low staff morale, no development prospects, manipulating and underhanded tactics to keep staff on a short leash.

      Fantastic experience within this food company. I have learnt a lot and brought back some new skills!

      Location wasn't great but this is personal!

      Get to meet different people during deliveries

      Cons

      Management staff can be very rude with how they interact with employees, a lot of favoritism and you never get the amount of hours you are told you would receive which means your check looks terrible
