coworkers are wonderful, accessible by ttc

literally everything else upper management could care less about the well-being of staff, do not communicate, and bear none of the consequences of their poor business decisions which only impact the lowest-paid employees who do the job of 3 people (ex: multiple times worked as the only server serving the entire restaurant while brand a new hire worked the till along with the manager, since they couldn't handle the rush alone. who gets yelled at by customers, the CEO, or minimum-wage me?)
