Pros
Can work around my busy college schedule and balance it with classes, homework, my internship, and a social life. Training is interactive and fun and pretty easy to complete. The responsibilities are easy to manage but can help prep you for future careers. The training team and everyone you work with is super hands on and helpful!
Cons
Given a timeline for training with a few deliverables that can be hard to complete that fast, but the team is understanding and helping me work through road blocks. I wasn't told that there are already quite a few Campus Managers at my school before joining the team -- most greek life is already working with a CM -- , so clients are pretty hard to come by and hope for good sales are a little diminished, but the flexibility and independence of the job helps. If you're looking to make a lot of money in this role with Fresh Prints, check on that beforehand.
