      Good cause and great vision

      Cons

      They definitely take advantage of passionate young university students and expect a lot from their staff. They are not completely transparent about certain aspects of the job requirement and the pay does not reflect that.

      This non-profit works towards many important initiatives. Opportunities to grow and be challenged. Fun atmosphere.

      At times I felt overwhelmed by the volume of kids to take care of.

      it was really fun and you got to meet a lot of new people. If you're interested in food systems etc you'll really find your crowd of people

      Cons

      a lot of work, not a lot of pay.
